Who We Are
Ace
"It was not love at first sight.
It was a struggle,
but the journey was worth it."
Ace Pittapan - Health Skilled Co-Founder
Senior Yoga Teacher and Yoga Trainer accredited Yoga Alliance professionals UK
Before yoga Ace was part ed of the World Class health related events organiser. Until 2003, he made a decision to start a first yoga practice and after 6 years of disciplinary everyday practice he pursued yoga teaching as his dream career. With the recognition as a senior yoga teacher and trainer accredited Yoga Alliance Professional UK, Ace follow the traditional teaching style 'teach what you practiced' with blend-in modern scientific knowledge solidified yoga mysterious.
His instruction of yoga was influenced by several teachers he had been studying with. Besides several yoga certifications, Ace also holds some certification of pilates, including therapeutic techniques for correcting some postural faults and he often mixes that extra knowledge into his yoga teaching. Ace's private yoga class practice, thus, includes assistance with the act of physically stretching, pressing, moving or touching while students are in yoga asanas. His aim in assisting is to take students deeper in the asana, correct postural misalignments, and encourage exploration and greater movement.
“I walked into the first class without any idea of how it would be. The postures seemed like torture, and it was not the love at the first sight. It was a struggle. They left me in pain and feeling stiff the next morning. However, as the teacher had said, “come back again tomorrow and repeat your pain”, I was curious, so I returned. It was amazing. Fifteen minutes after the second class began, I felt great, away from the old pain. I have learnt not to try too hard and practice made me feel good instead of sore. It was nice after all and I realized that my three years of suffering insomnia had been healed, without my notice and without any medication. Yoga helped me, without any doctors, just me moving my body with breath and awareness. It must be something more than just an exercise in Yoga. The journal is worth it.” AP.

Anusara Yoga & Restorative / Yoga Nidra
I am a qualified yoga teacher, having completed a 200hr teacher training in Vinyasa and Hatha yoga with Ace Pittapan in 2019, as well as a 200hr Anusara teacher training with Sarah Powell at Red Hot Yoga, Guildford.
In addition to being qualified to teach Vinyasa and Anusara yoga, I am trained in restorative yoga and yoga nidra. I enjoy a strong alignment-based practise and aim to help people find the calm and joy that I’ve found via yoga. As such, my classes focus on moving with the breath and using it as a means to connect body and mind, whilst also building strength and stamina.
In this fast-paced world, I love seeing how practising yoga & being truly present, can leave people feeling so positive and calm. I have a light hearted and open approach to teaching & modifications and options are always provided, making classes accessible for all. I look forward to seeing you in class soon!
